Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc., with businesses in solar project development, distribution and workforce training, today announced the launch of Solar EOS’s website and social media presence at www.solar-eos.com. Solar EOS supports the growth of the solar industry through training and education.

“Solar professionals are savvy users of technology and they need to have a resource online that can provide them relevant training opportunities, current information, and a place to share their thoughts on the industry,” stated Ms. Ellen Leroy-Reed, President of Solar EOS Inc. “The Solar EOS website is meant to serve this purpose. Along with training dates and upcoming workshop descriptions, we also have the EOS blog where we discuss trends, newest technologies, case studies, and success stories happening in our growing industry. For those that follow social media, we are making our mark on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Ideas grow from our readers and our educational offerings develop from these online conversations. We recently added a robust webinar series based on the feedback from our students which will then provide needed CEUs for our professional clients. Solar EOS believes that our students deserve their education when, where, and how they need it. The EOS website makes that happen. By utilizing social media and a content-rich website, we will Renew the Nation through education, training, and open, collaborative discussion.”

Recognizing that the solar industry impacts so many, training programs have been developed to meet the needs of those design professionals, contractors, installers, and owners that each bring a piece of the solar puzzle together. Solar EOS’s offerings include webinars and on-demand webcasts, face-to-face workshops, and intensive solar installation schools. The Solar EOS website and social media campaign is designed to complement the training programs and provide a space for solar professionals to virtually congregate and discuss issues facing the industry. SNRY Solar Inc. consists of three main operating groups: Solar EOS, which educates professionals in the solar industry, SNRY Solar Inc., which handles government grants and the wholesale distribution of thermal and photovoltaic (PV) systems in the US and Caribbean, and SNRY Power, which develops municipal and commercial scale solar solutions.
