Tentec, a UK provider of bolt tightening solutions for industry is celebrating a record year of global sales. Despite tough market conditions, worldwide sales have reached a new high in 2010 marking the end of another excellent year for this global engineering company.
“Our order book has been strong throughout the year.” says newly appointed Managing Director, Mike Gethings. “As well as pleasing sales for our standard bolt tensioning equipment, we have seen demand for our customised engineering skills also increase. Our in-house engineers continue to design innovative and cost-effective solutions for challenging applications and our manufacturing facility ensures that customers receive their products on time and within budget.”
In 2010, Tentec also launched a new series of hydraulic and pneumatic torque wrenches to complement their bolt tightening solutions. The SD, CD and PN ranges have been developed for engineers worldwide who require robust, easy to use and accurate tools for the vast range of torque applications throughout industry. They have proved very popular since their introduction in May and Tentec predicts the strong sales continuing into 2011 as they become more established.
