One of the World’s market leaders for Machine Vision optimizes its Customer Support
ISRA VISION AG has enhanced its Customer Support Center CSSC with the appointment of the internationally experienced Manager Peter Hohoff. From April this year onwards, Peter Hohoff has headed up the Customer Service and Support Center at the location in Herten to provide our customers worldwide with even more effective and innovative support in the areas of service, training, after-sales processes, spare parts and hotlines. Peter Hohoff’s extensive background as a mechanical engineer, specialist in the global support department of a high-technology company, and previous experience as a General Manager of Global Service and Customer Support makes him an asset to the ISRA CSSC team. Operating at a worldwide level. he has the task of reorganizing and optimizing ISRA’s Customer Support in direct cooperation with the company’s Management Board.
