The UK's renewable energy sector continues to accelerate and this April, one of its most important industry events returned to the capital. Solar & Storage Live London 2026 took place at Excel London on 29th to 30th April, bringing together more than 10,000 professionals from across the solar and energy storage value chain.
As the UK pushes towards ambitious net zero targets, the event provided a vital platform to explore the technologies, partnerships and strategies needed to deliver the next phase of the energy transition. Standout sessions included a presentation by London's Deputy Mayor, Mete Coban, on solar's role in the capital, alongside targeted panels covering decarbonizing data centers with Amazon Web Services and navigating modern policy shifts with Cornwall Insight.
