Solar-Log™ and Solutronic Energy are cooperating in Cyprus

Starting in April 2017, Solutronic Energy is offering comprehensive photovoltaic solutions in Cyprus. The products range from solar modules and inverters to battery storage systems. With the help of numerous partnerships with, for example, Solutronic Energy Germany, Solar-Log™, RES Renewable Energy Systems, Ifrisol and Sacred Sun, they will provide customized packages for each customer.

When it involves PV plant monitoring, self-consumption optimization, feed-in management and the heart of efficient and error-free PV plant operations, Solutronic counts on Solar-Log™. This provides Cyprus a first class solution when it comes to energy management.

Solar-Log™ is one of the leading inverter-independent energy management systems and, together with the WEB portal, is SDS’ core business. In addition to professional PV plant monitoring and the optimal feed-in management of PV energy into the power grid, the Solar-Log™ can also intelligently manage and prioritize one’s own energy consumption. This allows various electrical appliances such as heat pumps, battery storage systems, heating rods and combined heat and power (CHP) plants to be flexibly managed, switched on or off and visualized, together or individually. Solar-Log™ is compatible with over 1,700 inverter models from 100 different manufacturers and with more than 100 component manufacturers.

“The cooperation with SDS allows us to offer our customers a flexible and high efficient energy management system. With the Solar-Log™, it is possible store the power produced by the PV plant and to consume it as needed,” said Argyris Georgiou, CEO of Solutronic Energy in Cyprus.

Dr. Frank Schlichting, CEO of SDS, says, “Solutronic Energy is an experienced and valued partner in the area of photovoltaic and knows how important it is a PV plant functions properly. We are delighted that we can support Solutronic’s activities in the Cypriot PV market with our products and solutions.”
