Welwind Energy International Corporation Enters Into Negotiations for Large Scale Wind Farm

Welwind Energy International Corp. (the “Company”) announces that China company officials will be leaving for Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China on July 4, 2010. The company will be in negotiations to acquire an 80% interest in an existing 100 MW wind farm. This is an advanced phase wind energy project with significant expansion potential.
