North Sea Hagland Shipbrokers ApS (“North Sea”) of Esbjerg, Denmark, and NSH-Shipbrokers GmbH (“NSH”) of Hamburg, Germany, announced today that they are combining their resources. The acquisition will strengthen the services offered to clients.
The parties have entered into agreements whereby North Sea acquires the majority of the shares in NSH. North Sea and NSH will act as one team and NSH will be renamed to North Sea Hagland Shipbrokers GmbH. Mr. Anders Helsinghoff Fjord will be Director and Mr. Dominic Bigott and Mr. Max Mehringer will be managing partners. The combined organisations will be well positioned to provide a broader range of integrated services and solutions to the industry worldwide.
