The Top Employers Institute is an internationally active certification company. Its branch in Düsseldorf, Germany, has singled teamtechnik out as Germany’s Top Employer 2015. teamtechnik had arranged for this independent institute to assess teamtechnik’s human resource management, on the basis of its certification program. teamtechnik’s success means that it can use the certification seal of approval for the next year.

The Institute’s representatives investigated the working conditions at teamtechnik and audited the areas of talent strategy, human resource planning, new employee integration, training programs, employee development, management development, career planning, and employee compensation, taking into account the corporate culture as a whole. The result: teamtechnik was judged to be an exceptional employer that provides its employees with comprehensive options for personal development. The Top Employers Institute is a certification company headquartered in the Netherlands.
