Leading solar energy provider, SunEnergy Americas, attended the recent Solar & Wind Workshop held by the New York State Energy Research and Development (NYSERDA) organization. The company’s North American Project Sales Manager, Robert Holz, was a major contributor to the event’s solar energy program, joining representatives from the likes of EmPower Solar Energy Solutions, Renewable Energy Strategies and New York Solar Energy Society.
Held on May 11th 2011 at the Stony Brook Small Business Development Center in Long Island, New York, the event was the fourth installment of NYSERDA’s series of workshops seeking to educate attendees on the subject of renewable energy. Extremely well attended, the event featured a wide range of informative presentations in addition to a lively question and answer session. The workshop series was launched to reinforce NYSERDA’s key strategic objectives; to help New York meet its energy goals, a challenge which includes initiatives to promote the use of renewable energy sources.
As a high profile solar energy provider developing, financing, constructing, commissioning and servicing photovoltaic installations throughout the US and beyond, SunEnergy Americas was judged to be an important industry authority to present at the event.
