This year the prestigious award has been awarded to Sika with its new innovation Sikasil AS-780. Sika was selected by the jury out of three finalists in the category “CSP Technology and Supplier Award”. This award is granted to companies that excel in the industry through great efforts on getting CSP further down the competitive route. The Award was presented to the winners at the Award Ceremony on November 14th in Sevilla. The ceremony was in connection with the CSP Today Sevilla Conference.

The world innovation Sikasil ® AS-780 is a structural and fast cure two-component Silicone for bonding the fixation elements to mirror systems. Thanks to the exceptional and unique green strength, this product makes an immediate handling after assembly feasible and eliminates complex buffer zones which ad cost and potential glass breakages. Next to this the structural adhesive meets the most severe facade standards to ensure a long lasting bond.
