OEG Energy Group Limited (“OEG”, the “Group”), a leading energy solutions business has appointed Paula Richardson to the newly created role of chief human resources officer, based at the company’s new headquarters in Dyce, Aberdeen. She will also join the executive team as part of her responsibilities.
OEG last year grew its workforce to over 1,300 employees across 65 global locations, with plans for continued expansion in renewables and other key offshore energy markets. In her new role, Paula will lead the strategic direction of the group’s HR function, working closely with senior leadership, divisional, and regional teams. She will focus on developing and implementing a people strategy that aligns with OEG’s ambitious growth objectives while addressing the evolving needs of the business and its diverse workforce.
Paula holds Chartered Fellowship with the CIPD and with 24 years of experience in people and organisational development, she is ideally positioned to drive initiatives that will strengthen OEG’s standing as an employer of choice. Prior to joining OEG, she served as chief people officer at Donaldson Group UK, where she worked with leaders across the business to successfully develop strategies and programmes to enhance workplace culture and support leadership development. She also held various senior global HR roles at NOV supporting the organisation with the development and execution of comprehensive people and talent attraction strategies in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
