NKE FERSA, the Austrian brand expert in the design, manufacture and distribution of high-performance bearings and electromechanical components for OEMs and Aftermarket in the industrial and energy sectors, will be present at this year’s Wind Energy Hamburg tradeshow, which will take place from September 24th to 26th.

Wind Energy is the global tradeshow for onshore and offshore wind energy held every two years in Hamburg, Germany. The show is the meeting place for decision-makers and participants from the industry, and the ideal location for those responsible for the international wind energy industry. In it, the world’s leading companies in the industry present their latest products and innovative solutions to a large number of expert visitors.

NKE FERSA, the brand part of the FERSA corporate group, is specialized in solutions for the industrial, wind energy and railway sectors, and will participate in the show to present its value proposition for wind energy applications, including generators, gearboxes, and main shafts.

Other products to be showcased include its Condition Montoring System and its DualSenseHeatPro tool, both designed for effective bearing monitoring and maintenance to maximize results.

A complete value proposal for wind energy

Wind turbine maintenance and operating conditions are complex and can present mayor challenges. Therefore, it is essential that all of their components function correctly and efficiently. NKE FERSA provides personalized bearing solutions for main wind energy applications, such as gearboxes, generators and main shafts.

These solutions take into account such important aspects as insulation, to prevent problems caused by electrical currents or discharges. They count on insulating coatings and hybrid bearings, which reduce friction and operating temperature, improving overall conditions and thus, extending the service life of the lubricant and the bearing itself.

On the other hand, NKE will present its Condition Monitoring System, designed to provide real-time insights into the health of rotating equipment in wind turbines. It is a secure, cloud-based platform for convenient data access and analysis from any device at any location.

Additionally, the brand’s DualSense HeatPro tool will be showcased at the show, designed for precise and reliable bearing heating, with induction heater technology that ensures optimal temperature control. This system prevents undesirable preload in bearing contact areas, enhancing component lifespan and maximizing efficiency.

From September 24th to 27th, NKE FERSA invites all Wind Energy Hamburg 2024 participants and visitors to visit their stand, located at Hall B6 Stand 472.
