Zug, June 12th 2017 – At the last meeting of the shareholders of ROMO Wind Holding AG, Massimo
Derchi was elected as new member of the board.
Massimo Derchi is currently strategic advisor of renewable energy and infrastructure companies. Prior to this position he was in charge of the renewable energy business of ERG Renew from 2011 to 2016. During his mandate, Erg Renew became the 1st wind power producer in Italy and one of the top 10 in Europe (onshore), present in Italy, France, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland and UK. He also increased the ERG Renew owned portfolio assets from about 300 to 1700 MW.
