The German based brand supplier of photovoltaic systems and components has appointed two new vice presidents to its management board with Jan Oliver Kessler and Kai Griesenbrock.
Ravensburg (Germany), January 11, 2012 – MAGE SOLAR, part of the global MAGE GROUP, is expanding its management board of vice presidents at the start of the year with Jan Oliver Kessler and Kai Griesenbrock. The company announced this measure today.
MAGE SOLAR AG has taken this organizational measure for further development to handle the company’s growth of the past years. As a result, the solar energy company is creating the basis for further sustained development and internationalization in the dynamic photovoltaics market.
Jan Oliver Kessler has been working at MAGE SOLAR AG since 2010 and was responsible for the areas of products and marketing as Head of Division. The engineering and business graduate will also be responsible for these two areas following his appointment as vice president.
Kai Griesenbrock, engineer for physical technology, took a position with MAGE SOLAR AG at the beginning of the year and has been named Vice President for Quality and Purchasing. He was previously responsible for quality and process management at Schott Solar AG.
Vice President Markus Schenk remains responsible for Sales and Logistics, and Rainer Bienfang is retaining his position as Vice President for Finance and Controlling.
In their positions, the vice presidents report to the executive board of MAGE SOLAR AG, Dr. Markus Feil and Norbert Philipp.
