KACO: agreement with ASTAR EnR as a new sales partner

Rome, 20th February 2014 – Flavio Cecchi and Damien Haudebert, CEOs Italy, representing respectively KACO new energy group, directed by Ralf Georg Hofmann and ASTAR EnR, directed by Jean Ange Martin, sign an agreement to further increase the distribution of the said inverter manufacturer, at 3rd position in the world for importance and sales. KACO chooses a company well-positioned in Europe, a follower of the leading principles of the group: quality and efficiency. The goal is to achieve the 12% of the European market share for residential pv plants within 2014.

KACO celebrates its 100 years of activity just this year and KACO new energy, the third manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters in the world, has focused on the technical development of new solutions for pv inverters and storage systems for 15 years. ASTAR EnR, a company which produces and distributes pv modules, on the basis of quality and customer satisfaction, will be a new point of reference for the customers of Italy, France, Belgium, Holland, UK, Germany, Greece and Romania, thanks to its offices located in the main cities of the European Union.

“It’s been quite natural the creation of a synergy between KACO and ASTAR – Haudebert explains – The companies are similar in terms of geographical position, all over Europe, and aboveall in terms of dynamics and purposes. The choice about a good sales partner implies an identification, even if partial, in the company’s line to which you deliver your product. ASTAR EnR as a group is known, first of all, for the attention to quality and to customer. For us, combining the pv module by ASTAR EnR to KACO inverter is giving further guarantees about the performance and the durability of the pv plants to the customer.”

With the stabilization of the European market and the end of the feed-in tariffs, KACO and ASTAR EnR promote high technological products made in Europe, with high standards of quality. Beside the inverters, they will give special attention to storage systems to maximize the consumption of pv energy.
