Neuchâtel, May 2017 – INDEOtec SA (Switzerland) reports a further order intake by the institute for Solar Energy Systems (ISE). By the reception of this order, the company continues its strong sales momentum for innovative PECVD system concepts in the field of high-efficiency cell architectures.
The dedicated OCTOPUS PECVD system configuration is aimed to facilitate advanced research of certain layer stacks for heterojunction and other high-efficiency PV cell devices.
Beside the cell concept research, Indeotec is looking forward to the collaboration with Fraunhofer ISE for the further improvement and optimization of process and equipment specific topics. The aspects of the collaboration are intended to form a key element of the extensive tool qualification for the OCTOPUS III mass production platform dedicated for heterojunction cell devices.
INDEOtec SA (www.indeotec.com) is a highly innovative thin film deposition equipment manufacturer, located in Neuchâtel (Switzerland). With its OCTOPUS platform the company offers a modular and fully automated cluster deposition system for the deposition of various singular or multiple stacks of thin films by means of PECVD or PVD.
