Formerly the General Manager of Cargostore Containers LLC, Mr Ashraf has accepted this new role as the company received its ICV Certification from ADNOC and required a specialist representative to provide best-in-class service to its U.A.E clientele.
Cargostore Containers LLC is in a unique position within the U.A.E Offshore Cargo Carrying Units (CCU) market as its entire fleet is certified to the DNV 2.7-1 standard. As we know, ADNOC now require this standard be used for all offshore projects, however there are still a tremendous number of existing hybrid units (converted ISO containers) in circulation. The Capex requirement to replace these hybrids units with CCU’s designed to DNV 2.7-1 Standards is enormous, which is why Cargostore is eager to assist in supplying its full range of DNV 2.7-1 rated equipment on a rental basis in Abu Dhabi, and throughout the Middle East.
Cargostore is also able to provide in-demand specialist equipment such as DNV rated Dual Voltage Twin Room Reefers with two of these units already being supplied to a client in the KSA.
