Cyberhawk, a world leader in drone inspection technologies and visualization software for UAV data, continues to implement its bullish growth strategy, announcing its recent move into new corporate headquarters.
Based in the world’s largest indoor climbing arena at the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena (EICA), less than five miles from the Edinburgh International Airport, the new office will give Cyberhawk room to expand, in a spectacular setting.
The move – a result of major contract wins and subsequent staff growth – will give the company the ability to train pilots in a more realistic, all-weather environment, including an “outdoor training park” complete with its own electricity pylon and flare stack, in addition to a covered 30m high indoor flying zone.
Cyberhawk has enjoyed exponential growth during the past two years; a key driver has been its next generation visualisation software, iHawk. Since the launch of the software in 2013, it has proved highly popular across the sectors, having been adopted by several oil and gas supermajors and many electricity utility companies.
The new office will allow for the continued growth of the software and digital team that developed iHawk, whilst the recent bespoke fit-out also includes state of the art IT infrastructure and connectivity, to future proof the expected requirement for high speed client data delivery and storage.
