GOLDBECK Solar GmbH takes over the SOVENTIX GmbH PV power plant operation and maintenance portfolio retroactively as of January 1, 2015 and expands targeted growth of its operation and maintenance activities. The spectrum of plants in the portfolio includes rooftop and open land PV power plants in Germany and other European countries. GOLDBECK Solar is thus supplementing its O&M portfolio from a personnel, technical and geographical point of view as part of a long-term growth strategy in the area of operations. At the same time, this transaction allows Soventix GmbH to place further emphasis on its international project development activities. The size of the transaction and price of the portfolio takeover were not disclosed, according to GOLDBECK Solar. As financial advisor, IPONTIX Equity Consultants GmbH initiated the transaction and advised GOLDBECK Solar on its assessment and implementation.
