85 percent of the O&M customers are satisfied or very satisfied with the on-the-spot operations and maintenance service
Goldbeck Solar GmbH successfully completed its latest customer satisfaction survey. Almost all respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of the service provider. Especially the commercial processing and the maintenance technicians were rated positively (5.1 out of 6), and the close support was praised.
“We were able to confirm the high satisfaction of Goldbeck Solar’s O&M customers in the course of a customer satisfaction survey. 85 percent of all customers interviewed stated they were altogether very satisfied or satisfied with Goldbeck Solar”, confirmed Andreas Abbing, CEO of Consulimus AG. His company had carried out the customer satisfaction survey commissioned by Goldbeck Solar.
Decentralized structures, short response times (rated 4.8 out of 6), and close support are Goldbeck Solar’s trumps. 85 percent of the customers interviewed had been in touch with O&M service staff during the previous year. And 47 percent of those questioned had been in touch with a technician on the spot. There was hardly anything to criticize as for the quality of services: the service staff was rated 5.4 out of 6. As for punctuality, our staff was also rated 5.4 out of 6. Also the service personnel’s competence, their friendliness, and their commitment were rated positively.
