Uwe Schuldt is now heading the new department “Global Renewables Invest & Finance” with a focus on project financing, business transactions, due diligence, strategic analyses, restructuring and distressed or special situations. Uwe worked in business development for a Hamburg based shipping company for 7 years and was senior manager for transactions at KPMG from 2000 to 2007. The graduate engineer and former managing partner of the business consultancy Mavenship has an experience of more than 25 years in project financing and controlling, corporate finance, due diligence, strategy and restructuring.
Growth of the international offshore wind market is continuing unabated.
