Cologne, 13 February 2013 – With Energiebau Solarstromsysteme GmbH, Phoenix Solar’s German distribution customers will have the support of a leading provider of solar power systems that offers solar trades and contractors a competitive product portfolio and reliable services.
The listed solar group Phoenix Solar AG will be shifting its distribution focus to the high growth solar markets in Asia and the USA. Besides the trading and project activities of its European and international subsidiaries, Phoenix Solar will continue to run its profitable production management and maintenance services divisions for solar power plants in Germany. The solar group’s distribution division working out of Germany will be closed down, and its customers will in future be looked after by Energiebau.
