During the China Renewable Energy Industry Association’s (CREIA) China Photovoltaic Industry Development Form and Conference, which took place this past weekend in Beijing, DEK Solar was honoured with a prestigious Excellent Supplier Award.
Sponsored by CREIA and judged by a distinguished panel of solar industry experts, DEK Solar earned the Excellent Supplier Award based on its development of both the Eclipse and Apollo metallization platforms, in addition to its significant contributions to advancing modern solar technology through efficiency-enhancing printing processes.
“This is such an important event for the Chinese renewable energy industry,” said DEK Solar’s Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Xiao Chen, who was invited to speak about metallization solutions at the event. “In addition to broader policy discussions, technology improvements to develop greater cell conversion efficiencies were a primary topic of conversation. The China Photovoltaic Industry Development and Forum, now in its second year, is a conference that attracts executives from top solar firms in China and offers a rich presentation agenda that covers subjects that range from China’s PV industry development status to cell efficiency progress to solar capital investment and financing. The event is sponsored by CREIA, which was established in 2000 with the mission of promoting adoption of advanced technologies among renewable energy enterprises in China and actively developing capacity for the rapid industrialization of the Chinese renewable energy sector.
