DEK Solar has appointed Tokyo-based DKSH Japan K.K. to distribute its range of photovoltaic metallization solutions in the region. The move follows a sharp rise in demand for DEK Solar technologies, which are now manufactured in Asia in addition to Europe.
DKSH Japan is the leading provider of market expansion services in the region with a well established record for service and support, combined with an extensive international presence. The new contract with DEK Solar enables the company to introduce pioneering metallization solutions to the Japanese market, in addition to providing the solar technology specialist with valuable product development feedback, customer training and after-sales services. DKSH Japan will be charged with distributing the full range of DEK Solar technologies, including the highly flexible PV1200 metallization line and new state-of-the-art Eclipse metallization platform.
