By the takeover of the successful onshore-wind-division of the Valenz GmbH, Convent is now continuing its own growth with a „major and logical step”, explains CEO Thorben Schiborwoski expanding its performance portfolio on the whole international wind branch and the requirements of its players. Prospectively the personnel manpower provider concentrates itself on the placement of motivated and experienced manufacturers, service-technicians, engineers and industrial climbers for the manufacturing of windturbines as well as the construction and service of wind farms. By this clear positioning Convent is equally ready for all challenges on- and offshore.

Not only since the latest growth promising decisions at the world climate conference in Paris, the wind industry particularly needs reliable solutions along the operational supply chains beside stable institutional parameters in the upcoming years.
