Changes to the Management Board of centrotherm photovoltaics AG


  • Jan von Schuckmann steps down from Management Board after successful restructuring
  • Hans Autenrieth to become new Speaker of the Management Board

Blaubeuren, April 30, 2014 – Jan von Schuckmann is to step down from the Management Board of centrotherm photovoltaics AG at the end of today by way of amicable agreement with the Supervisory Board. With the conclusion of the final restructuring measures and the successful reorganization of the centrotherm Group, the Speaker of the Management Board and Chief Restructuring Officer is ending his involvement at the Blaubeuren-based technology company. Hans Autenrieth is to become the new Speaker of the Management Board from May 1, 2014.
