innogy SE was awarded the “German Investor Relations Prize” for best investor relations of all corporates listed in the MDAX. The prize is awarded annually by Extel, WirtschaftsWoche and by DIRK, the German Investor Relations association, for outstanding investor relations performance in Germany. Verena Nicolaus-Kronenberg, Head of Investor Relations at innogy SE, accepted the prize on behalf of the entire team at an evening event during the 22nd DIRK conference on the 4th of June 2019 in Frankfurt am Main. In addition, Holger Perlwitz, Senior Manager Investor Relations at innogy, was awarded first prize in the category “Investor Relations-Manager”.
Furthermore, Bernhard Günther, Chief Financial Officer of innogy SE, was voted best CFO in the category “Utilites” in the Extel survey 2019. The annual pan-European Extel survey collects sentiments from sell-side, buy-side and corporates. More than 14,000 investment professionals had participated this year.
