Horizon Survey Company (Horizon) and Pelydryn Ltd (Pelydryn) are pleased to announce that with effect from 1st December 2013 Horizon have acquired a controlling interest in Pelydryn.
It is planned that the two companies will retain their individual identities and continue to operate independently. Where beneficial, Horizon and Pelydryn may combine services to provide our clients with comprehensive marine and airborne survey solutions.
Horizon and Pelydryn are represented worldwide and this relationship capitalises on the existing range of specialist services that can be delivered which includes marine survey and geotechnical services and airborne bathymetric and topographic LiDAR surveys.
With this acquisition Horizon continues to support our clients by expanding our services and is pleased to add LiDAR surveys to our core competencies.
Pelydryn and its clients will benefit enormously from the stability borne of the association with, and support of, Horizon and the successes it has enjoyed.
