HYDAC B.V., market leader in hydraulic components and systems, has acquired all shares in Elma B.V. and Elro Srl. By incorporating Elma’s skills and expertise in electric drive & control technology HYDAC strengthens its position as total supplier in drive technology. From engineering, simulation and control cabinet assembly to installation, commissioning and worldwide service.
When determining the long-term vision for Elma, the most important consideration was the guarantee of continuity and opportunities to grow as the company has done in recent years. The business will continue to be conducted under the current names of Elma and Elro, but are now enriched with the HYDAC image, vision and unique customer focus.
