A Powerful Combination of Partners

The organizers of Wind Power Asia/Clean Energy Expo China (WPA/CEEC 2010), the China Energy Council (CEC), Koelnmesse and CCPIT Beijing, this week announced that the Asian Wind Energy Exhibition organized by the China Machinery Enterprise Management Association (CMMA) will be incorporated into the existing exhibition, creating a powerful synergy from the combination of both events.

The combined exhibition will reach a total space of 25,000 sqm, with around 400 exhibitors, and will be held from 23 to 25 June 2010 at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. The combined event will greatly benefit from complementary resources of the organizers and strengthen its position as one of the leading and most specialized events in this industry in China.

As in previous years, most of the leading Chinese turbine manufacturers, as well as many new, large turbine producers will be featured at the exhibition. In addition, a large contingent of suppliers from all over the world slated to be present at the event includes group pavilions from Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.

On the other end of the value chain, the top 14 power producers and grid providers in China as members of the China Electricity Council will be present in full force. These companies, including Stategrid, Datang, Guodian, and China Power Investment Corporation to name a few, represent the current demand and substantial investment in renewable energy and wind power in particular in China.

Another highlight if the event includes a high level professional industry conference with expected 800 delegates in attendance. Topics include Business and Markets, Government Incentives and Investment Opportunities, Clean Energy and Smart Grid, Wind Power Technologies as well as Energy Efficiency.

The 7th Wind Power Asia/Clean Energy Expo China 2010 will once again be a significant event for the clean energy industry in China and Asia.
