Further strengthening its offering and position as a dominant player catering to the end-to-end requirements of the wind energy sector, Ventus Group has entered an exclusive partnership with TÜV SÜD in India.
The collaboration sees Ventus Group bringing its unrivalled global expertise in rotor monitoring and technical support for the renewable energy industry, to TÜV SÜD South Asia’s client base of over 100,00 companies in India. The partnership will enable Ventus Group to provide solutions for measuring, analyzing and optimizing wind farms and wind turbine performance to companies throughout the region.
A key focus for Ventus Group is to assist in maximizing the production and revenue from existing assets and future wind energy investments, by mitigating risks and reducing maintenance charges and the cost of energy production.
The partnership is a good match, bringing together Ventus Group’s extensive industry experience as a leading end-to-end solutions provider, and TÜV SÜD’s position as the leading certification, testing, auditing, inspection, and training company in India. Ventus Group’s own expertise in the rotor efficiency of Wind Turbine Generators complements TÜV SÜD’s strong focus on health, safety and quality, and its detailed knowledge of machine technology, algorithms, electrical distribution and SCADA systems.
Ventus Group will take overall responsibility for technical support and project execution, providing the literature and technical training on its products for business development and assisting with procurement and sales of Dynamic Blade Pitch Setups, LiDARs and other equipment. TÜV SÜD maintains responsibility for overall business development, including networking and customer interaction.
“Our partnership with TÜV SÜD South Asia is an exciting one, enabling us to help more organizations achieve maximum efficiency from wind farms throughout this region,” comments Ventus Group CTO Poul- Anker Lübker.
