Presenting high performance technology that boosts production efficiency

Cutting production costs and improving product throughput – from thin-film through to CPV.

At the next EU PVSEC, the equipment supplier and automation specialists Grenzebach will demonstrate their preparedness for market challenges. The high tech experts present their efficient process solutions for thin film modules, CSP and CPV in hall 3, stand J41.

With over 40 years of experience as glass equipment manufacturer Grenzebach established themselves as one of the leading global players for integrated solutions for the solar industry. With their concepts and design, the specialists time and again put forward new standards for an efficient process approach.

At the trade fair Grenzebach will present a complete portfolio for the thin film, CPV and CSP market. This embraces front-end and back-end technology with conveyors, washers, cutters and stackers, accumulators, handling robots, inspection systems, laser processing and also comprises process simulation and MES systems for production planning and control.

The specialists put special focus on intelligent solutions for the CPV and CPS industry. For the years to come experts forecast excellent growth rates for both markets – provided these technologies can elaborate their inherent cost saving potentials.

Markets may also benefit from Grenzebach’s longstanding experience in the industrialisation of complex production processes. Grenzebach equip CPV customers with completely automated CPV processing lines – from base plate assembly with receivers through SOG lens plate manufacturing up to module assembly – and customers can rely on fine tuned processing lines from one source.

The Grenzebach stand furthermore offers trade and business professionals a comprehensive overview over already realised equipment for manufacturing Fresnel mirrors as well as modular and mobile installation solutions for CSP lines.
