The World’s First All-Perovskite Tandem Photovoltaic Power Station has been Completed and is now Operational!

According to a report on the “RENSHINE SOLAR” WeChat official account on January 24, 2025, RENSHINE SOLAR, after achieving the mass production of 30cm×40cm large-sized (Champion efficiency of 26.12%, aperture area > 900 cm2) all-perovskite tandem modules, has once again led the way in constructing the world’s first all-perovskite tandem photovoltaic demonstration power station. The station consists of 48 pieces of 30cm×40cm all-perovskite tandem modules, with an installed capacity of approximately 1.2KWp.

RENSHINE SOLAR has independently developed a comprehensive station design plan for the all-perovskite tandem module performance. The power station built based on this plan allows for comprehensive monitoring of the outdoor performance of the tandem modules, with real-time tracking capabilities. The related data can be compared and analyzed synchronously with indoor accelerated aging test data, continuously addressing the reliability challenges of large-area tandem modules.

From a technical perspective, this project provides rich and real data support for the performance optimization of all-perovskite tandem modules, helping to accelerate the verification of mass production processes and product performance optimization for large-scale all-perovskite tandem module manufacturing.

Looking ahead, with continuous iterations of the all-perovskite tandem photovoltaic power station and the ongoing upgrade of related technologies, it is believed that this innovative technology will see broader global application. RENSHINE SOLAR will continue to contribute to the development of the clean energy industry and the achievement of global sustainable energy development goals.
