Biel, April 8, 2014 – Today it was announced that the Swiss inverter manufacturer SolarMax will be partnering with the Ipswich-based PV distributor, Solar Trade Sales.
Solar Trade Sales will be taking stock of the SolarMax P series and MT series, and plan to distribute the goods to installers across the UK. Paul Frost, Sales Director of Solar Trade Sales said: “The PV market is ever changing, and we wanted to bring on board a high-quality European inverter range into our portfolio. The SolarMax range fits perfectly, whilst being technically outstanding, they also offer our customers the latest innovations, and at a competitive price. We also liked the branding, which is different from the competition”.
Andy Lycett, UK Distribution Manager for SolarMax, said: “It’s great to be working with Solar Trade Sales. They have an excellent set-up in Ipswich and are geographically well placed to serve customers nationally and particularly in the East. We wanted to work with a progressive brand that reflected the same values as our own”.
It is anticipated that the first deliveries of SolarMax inverters will be received by Solar Trade Sales in early April. Pre-orders for product can be taken now.
