Natural Power, the leading renewable energyconsultancy and service provider, has played a central advisory role in thesuccessful sale by OnPath Energy of a 73 MW portfolio of seven operationalonshore wind farms across England.
OnPath Energy, owned by Brookfield AssetManagement and a long-standing client of Natural Power, appointed the companyto deliver comprehensive technical vendor due diligence (VDD) services insupport of the transaction. The portfolio has been acquired by ERG, marking theItalian renewable energy group’s expansion of its UK footprint.
Natural Power delivered a fullmultidisciplinary technical VDD scope across the seven assets, includingdetailed reviews of asset performance, technical risks, contracts, gridconnections, land agreements, planning and environmental compliance, and an assessmentof life-extension potential.
