Muehlhan Wind Service (“MWS”), a leading global provider of wind turbine installation and maintenance services, has signed an agreement to acquire Spain-based Coverwind Solutions (“Coverwind”), together with the other companies in the group: Coversun Solutions and Coverrenewable. The acquisition will further strengthen MWS’ operational footprint and service capabilities across Southern Europe. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place by the end of the month.
Coverwind has established a strong market position through its expertise within wind turbine service and maintenance, decommissioning activities, and flexible operational support solutions. The company is strongly represented across Southern Europe, particularly in France and Spain, where it has built close customer relationships and a strong reputation for agile and high-quality project execution.
