Muehlhan Wind Service (“MWS”), a global leader of renewable energy services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Australian-based Nati Access Company (“Nati”).

Nati has established a strong market position in Australia through its expertise in rope access work, technically complex maintenance activities, and statutory inspection services - on wind turbines. The acquisition strengthens MWS’ capabilities within specialist O&M services and supports the company’s continued expansion across Australia and the wider APAC region.

Søren Høffer, CEO of Muehlhan Wind Service, stated:

“Nati adds highly specialized technical competencies to our Australian organization and further strengthens our position within advanced O&M maintenance and rope- access services. The company has built a strong reputation around safety, technical expertise, and operational flexibility - all strategically important capabilities as the renewable market in Australia continues to expand and mature.”

Anthony Schellens, CEO of Nati Access, commented:

“We are very pleased to become part of the MWS platform. We believe the combination of our specialist access competencies with MWS’ global presence and customer network creates exciting opportunities for both our employees and customers. We share the same focus on safety, quality, and long-term customer partnerships.”

The acquisition forms part of MWS’ long-term strategy to further strengthen its position as a global end-to-end installation and service provider to leading OEMs and energy companies. Over time, Nati will be gradually integrated into the MWS organization to support a seamless and more fully integrated service offering for customers across the region.
