Meyer Burger Mr Rolf Wgli Steps Down From The Board Of Directors

Today, the Board of Directors of Meyer Burger Technology Ltd was informed by Mr Rolf Wägli, that he decided at his own request to step down from the Board of Directors with immediate effect. In future, Mr Wägli intends to concentrate his activities on New Value AG and its portfolio companies.

The Board of Directors respects Mr Wägli’s decision and expresses thanks to his work achieved on behalf of the Board of Directors of Meyer Burger Technology Ltd and wishes him all the best for the future.
