Madico Inc., manufacturer of photovoltaic backsheets for the Solar Power industry, announces the launch of three new backsheets, a new “smart” sheeter”, and the opening of a its new service office in Suzhou China.
The expanded portfolio now includes three new backsheet families: HytekTM, ReflektTM, and OptekaTM. All leverage advancements in Madico’s Protekt® fluoro-coating technology, and further extend the weatherability advantages of the line. Each is designed specifically to meet a clear market need. In anticipation of 3 rd party regulation changes, Madico offers each new product in a higher RTI version called Prime.
Hytek – Advanced fluoro-coated material, offering superior long-term backsheet performance
Reflekt – Utilizing the fluoro-layer advancements of Hytek, Reflekt leverages innovative process technology to eliminate an entire adhesive layers and improve the backsheet’s overall contribution to the module’s power output
Opteka – Aslo utilizing the fluoro-layer advancements of Hytek, Opteka is uniquely formulated to be transparent and maximize the performance of Bi-Facial and BIPV module designs
