Ingeteam will once again be present at the world’s leading event in the solar sector: Intersolar Europe. At its 150 m2 stand, the company will showcase its very latest products and technology for PV plants, as well as control,
monitoring and automation systems and battery inverters.
Ingeteam will also present its latest developments in predictive maintenance through its Ingeboards data analysis platform. Indeed, the company has established itself as a global leader in the operation and maintenance sector, with a contract portfolio of more than 12 GW of maintained power in renewable energy generation plants. Ingeteam currently maintains more than 25,000 PV inverters in more than 500 plants throughout the world.
1500 V central inverter
At its stand, Ingeteam will showcase the latest version of its 1500 Vdc inverter, the INGECON® SUN PowerMax B Series, which can deliver a power output of 1800 kVA in a single power block at ambient temperatures of up to 30oC, thereby giving a power density of 317kW/m3. Thanks to this powerful inverter and to the possibility of connecting up to four inverters to the same transformer low voltage winding, Ingeteam achieves 7.2 MVA in a single Power Station with 1500 Vdc technology.
One of the main innovations of this inverter is its sand trap system, which ensures maximum protection against the ingress of suspended particles. This system is installed in the equipment being supplied for the world’s largest PV plant, the Sweihan PV solar farm in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The 1000 Vdc version of this inverter is able to deliver 1275 kVA up to an ambient temperature of 35oC.
