Amersfoort, the Netherlands – November 24, 2025 – Full Circle Wind Services has appointed Floor Jansen as Statutory Director, further strengthening the company’s leadership team and its commitment to the European market.

Floor, who currently serves as Director of People & Organisational Development, will assume the statutory role while remaining based at Full Circle’s headquarters in Amersfoort. This ensures that leadership stays closely connected to the company’s operations, employees, and customers in the Netherlands, France, Greece, and Italy.

She joins the statutory board alongside Billy Stevenson, CEO, and Phil Goleby, COO. Together, the three bring a balanced mix of commercial, operational, and people-focused expertise to guide Full Circle’s strategic decisions, including future growth plans and potential acquisitions.

Floor joined Full Circle in 2023 as Head of HR, when the company employed around 112 people. Since then, she has played a key role in shaping Full Circle’s people strategy and supporting its rapid growth to more than 230 employees across the UK and Europe.

Before joining Full Circle, Floor spent over 13 years at Dutch animal nutrition company, Nutreco in senior international HR roles, leading transformation programmes across more than 30 countries.

Her appointment places her among a small but growing number of women in senior leadership positions within the wind services sector, aligning with Full Circle’s commitment to investing in its people and strengthening leadership diversity.
