Full Circle Wind Services Announces New CEO in Succession Plan

Full Circle Wind Services today announced that as of April 1, 2026, Phil Goleby is the firm's new Chief Executive Officer, following the planned retirement of the previous CEO, Billy Stevenson, at the end of the year.
The transition is part of a structured succession plan designed to ensure continuity in the firm's operations, a positive company culture, and customer confidence. Billy will remain actively involved in Full Circle until the end of 2026, supporting a smooth handover and continuing as a Board member.
Phil Goleby joined Full Circle as Chief Operating Officer in October 2025. He brings extensive operational experience in the renewable energy sector and a deep understanding of service delivery. Phil has spent the past decade in senior leadership roles across wind, solar, and energy storage. Delivering large-scale operations and O&M services internationally. His experience spans every level of the industry, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the service from the ground up.
