Amersfoort – 14 October 2025 – Full Circle Wind Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Goleby as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and statutory director, effective October 6, 2025.

The appointment comes as Full Circle continues its strong growth trajectory. The company now has over 200 employees operating across the UK, Netherlands, France, Italy, and Greece, delivering independent O&M services to more than 700 wind turbines.

Phil joins Full Circle with a proven track record in the renewable energy sector, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in wind, solar, and energy storage sectors.

Following his electrical education, apprenticeships, and early career roles outside the energy sector, Phil entered the wind industry in 2012 with Enercon, where he rose to National Operations Manager for the UK. After joining BayWa r.e., a global renewable energy developer and service provider, in 2022, Phil spent nearly a year as Strategic operations managerfor BayWa Italy, gaining valuable international experience. He then served as Co-Managing Director for the UK. Most recently, he held the position of Managing Director at SSWUK Ltd, a leading independent UK solar PV contractor delivering turnkey construction and O&M services.

As COO, Phil will play a key role in executing Full Circle’s growth strategy and shaping the company’s future direction, including strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and new market opportunities.
