Enerpac is taking the efficiency of turbine construction and maintenance operations up a gear with new portable hydraulic pumps and data logging at Wind Energy 2026. In addition to the new LU-Series lightweight torque pump, centrepiece of the Enerpac stand will be the first European show to feature the new Enerpac ZU4T Connect Torque Pump with in-built data recording functionality. The stand will also include Enerpac Armor Stack, the world’s first heavy-duty industrial storage platform for the safe storage and transportation of Enerpac precision wind energy tools.

First Enerpac Data Logging Torque Pump

The Enerpac ZU4T Connect Torque Pump documents every critical joint with integrated data capture, creating a traceable, verifiable record that reduces rework risk and supports industry compliance. Based on the field-proven Enerpac Z-Class pump, every torque operation is recorded, creating instant proof of work without the need to complete manual paperwork records. Audit-ready digital records help reduce workload admin, simplify compliance, and provide verifiable evidence every time.

The new Enerpac LU-Series Electric Torque Pump will also debut at the Wind Energy show. Specifically engineered for intermittent bolting applications, the lightweight and highly portable, the LU-Series is a compact alternative to the oversized, continuous-duty pumps traditionally used by maintenance and repair teams, without compromising on performance.

Battery-powered Portability

For more difficult to access bolting projects, the Enerpac stand includes the Enerpac SC-Series and Enerpac XC2-Series cordless battery pumps with long battery run-times and supporting a range of torque wrench bolting and multiple cylinder applications on a single charge. Both pumps feature the ‘Enerpac Connect’ app, allowing pump operators can instantly access job-specific usage data for traceability and improved precision, as well as a knowledge base of tool information.

Bespoke Bolt Tensioners

Wind turbine bolt tensioners are a growing part of Enerpac’s commitment to enhancing the efficiency of turbine construction and maintenance. The tensioners provide precise, simultaneous bolt tightening of wind turbine foundation bolts, gearbox bolting, and Nacelle frame and blades, for example. Enerpac now offers contractors a bespoke tensioner design service. Working with the Enerpac tensioner design team, application requirements are quickly developed from idea to design and manufacture.

Smart Wind Turbine Manufacture and Assembly

For turbine blade manufacture, the Enerpac stand includes information on the Enerpac Self-Propelled Electric Transporter (SPET) for moving turbine blades and heavy turbine sections in-site, within storage facilities and on the quayside. Developed by Enerpac’s DTA Smart Transporter company, the transporter enhances site safety and streamlines manufacture, transport and handling of turbine blades, transition pieces, tower flanges, nacelles, powertrains and gearboxes.

For onshore wind turbine assembly, the Enerpac stand at Wind Europe features the Enerpac Multi-Purpose Lifting Beam (MPLB) enables the use of a single crane to lift and position turbine components to a far higher degree of accuracy than possible with two cranes. Widely used globally, MPLB technology has set the benchmark for the efficient and cost-effective construction, and maintenance, of onshore wind turbines.

Introducing Armor Stack

Enerpac torque wrenches, tensioners and turbine flange alignment tools are precision tools that repay careful storage and transport with years of reliable service. To protect its wind energy tools, Enerpac announces Armor Stack - the world’s first heavy-duty industrial storage platform.

Combining military-grade protection with a fully modular, stackable system, Enerpac Armor Stack marks the arrival of a revolutionary category in industrial tool storage and transport. Armor Stack enables secure deployment, transport, storage and deployment of hydraulic tools in the harshest environments.
