Vejle, Denmark, 15 December 2025  CNC Onsite has announced its strongest financial performance to date, marking a year of strong growth and major operational achievements. Gross profit surged by 74 percent, while profit before tax and net profit each more than doubled, reflecting robust demand for mobile, on-site machining solutions alongside the company’s continued investment in both technology and talent to deliver superior service.

CNC Onsite completed a record number of projects in the 12 reporting months, delivering complex repairs and precision machining for wind and industrial sectors across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. The company’s custom-built machines have been in continuous operation with minimal downtime, ensuring high customer productivity which has contributed significantly to this year’s strong performance.

The financial results for the financial year 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025 underline this momentum: gross profit rose to DKK 58.7 million (or EUR 7.8M), up 74 percent year-on-year. Profit before tax increased by 152 percent while net profit more than doubled to DKK 13 million (or EUR 1.7M). The workforce grew by approximately 50 percent to 60 specialists, supported by targeted recruitment and strong retention.

Operational highlights include the development and leasing of a large-scale flange milling machine for tower and foundation applications under long-term agreements with Welcon and CS WIND Offshore. CNC Onsite also completed its first blade root repair together with Dutch rotor-blade designer WeCe and expanded its yaw ring repair capability to cover multiple turbine platforms. Continued investments in gantry milling, shaft turning, and special drilling machines have further strengthened the company’s ability to serve wind, refineries, bridges, and marine sectors.

Global demand for up-tower repair solutions continues to rise, particularly for aging onshore turbines and retrofit projects across both onshore and offshore installations, as operators seek to extend asset life and reduce operational costs.

The technical center established in 2023 is now delivering full benefits, significantly enhancing workshop capacity and technical expertise. This investment has enabled CNC Onsite to accelerate turnaround times and expand its portfolio of complex repair solutions.

Sustainability is embedded in CNC Onsite’s strategy, with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 re-certifications achieved and a repair-not-replace approach that helps reduce CO2 emissions and supports circular economy principles.

CNC Onsite’s growth comes from a clear focus on market segmentation. By identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions in-house, the company ensures that its services are proactive and closely aligned with industry challenges. This approach has strengthened long-term partnerships and helped position CNC Onsite as a trusted specialist in wind and industrial sectors.

“This year marks a defining moment for CNC Onsite. With profits more than doubled and gross profit up 74 percent, we’ve shown that our model works and that customers trust us to deliver. In just 13 years, CNC Onsite has grown from a niche provider to a globally operating specialist, delivering projects across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia,” said Aage Dam, CEO of CNC Onsite.

Outlook

CNC Onsite expects continued growth in 2025/26, supported by ongoing research into advanced repair techniques, including rotor blade components and other precision-critical areas. The company is exploring diagnostic capabilities and novel repair solutions to meet evolving market needs, ensuring customers will benefit from reduced downtime and extended asset life. These initiatives complement CNC Onsite’s established expertise in mobile machining and reinforce its commitment to innovation and operational excellence in the wind energy sector.
