A year of milestones
2025 has proven to be a landmark year for Solis. Alongside celebrating two decades of innovation, the company has supported the commissioning of its first UK utility-scale solar project at MIRA Tech Park.
As Europe’s largest mobility research and development (R&D) site, MIRA Tech Park provides a collaborative environment and cutting-edge facilities for businesses developing new vehicle technologies. The 7MW, 11,500-panel array — led and funded by Zestec Renewable Energy and constructed by Avonside Energy — is now energised and powering facilities across the sustainable mobility campus. Solis supplied 21 utility-scale inverters and on-site engineering support for the project.
