ASIACHEM: Zhongli Talesun has Installed 1.2 GW of Solar Power Capacity up to the end of 2013

In May, 2014, Zhongli Talesun announced that it has successfully co-developed all new ‘PID ZERO’ module series with Dow Chemical Company. Its long-term energy generating efficiency and stability are far better than traditional modules, which will bring customers benefits of stable power generation and much lower risk. Zhongli Talesun has begun trial production for the ‘PID ZERO’ modules, and will start commercial production after obtaining the TUV-SUD certification in the near future.

On December 30th, 2013, Zhongli Talesun 9.8MW solar power project for agricultural use was successfully connected to the grid. The project locates in Shajiabang, Changshu, the total investment is CNY 120mn, and the whole project covers an area of 160,000 m2. The total installed capacity is 9.8MWp, using 39,200 pieces of 250W monocrystalline silicon modules. It is estimated that this power plant has about 10.4KWh annually average electricity connected to grid in 25 years lifetime, the total quantity of electricity is about 260mn KWh. Also, Zhongli Talesun keeps focusing on downstream power station development since the founded. Up to the end of 2013, Zhongli Talesun has Installed 1.2 GW of Solar Power Capacity.
