Gorton introduced ONYX Insight's unified platform, which seamlessly connects condition monitoring alarms with case management and field inspection solutions. A primary focus is their EcoBlade monitoring service, designed to detect structural cracks and blade damage. The integrated case management system allows users to track a failure's entire historical lifecycle, ensuring all critical data is captured. Slatter explained that this system solves a major industry challenge by making vast amounts of blade data truly actionable through two-way information sharing. The platform enables engineers to collaborate internally and externally, tracking everything from initial detection and damage progression to final repair and case closeout.
