At the WindEurope Event in Madrid, Stefann Perrigot interviewed Dainis Kruze, CEO of Aerones, regarding the company’s massive global scaling.

Kruze showcased Aerones' latest robotic solutions for wind turbine maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, and complex repairs. He highlighted a new modular robot designed for leading-edge repairs, capable of performing tasks like grinding, sanding, and lamination six times faster than a human with significantly higher quality. To support their rapid expansion, Aerones has recently opened a facility in the U.S. that is four times larger than their previous site, serving as a hub for robot assembly and technician training. Kruze also emphasized the role of AI in processing the 2TB of data their robots generate daily, enabling smarter decision-making for asset owners. Looking ahead, he predicts the company will double its service delivery in 2026, fueled by the growing global demand for energy independence.
