John Woodruff, Principal Consultant at Natural Power has been selected to present at RenewableUK Cymru on 1st May 2013. This is the seventh annual RenewableUK Cymru event, with over 200 renewable energy experts expected to attend.
With over ten years experience in the wind industry, John’s discussion, entitled ‘Habitat Management, Green Infrastructure and the Ecosystem Approach’ will form part of a wider session on Welsh Energy Policy and Infrastructure. John will discuss Natural Power’s recent work on Pen y Cymoedd in Wales, a 299MW site located between Neath and Aberdare, on the southern side of the Vale of Neath. This site is single largest onshore consent in England and Wales to date, and is expected to generate enough power to supply over 200,000 homes per annum.
